Considering a new practice?

db Hadley & Associates, LLC  Will ask these questions for three reasons: We should know, You should know, and the perspective practice/employer will definitely want to know!

(All conversations, correspondences, and documents are kept in confidence.)

1) Please list your preferred geographies where you would like to practice?

2) When are you available to begin your new practice?

3) Would you prefer to be hospital employed or lean towards a partnership tracked?

4) What is your compensation desire?

5) Have you talked/interviewed with any practices, would you list these so I do not revisit them?

6) If you have a significant other, would he or she need employment assistance?

7) May I ask that you indicate active and inactive state medical licenses?
